YAY! Tonight my little boy went to the potty by himself, twice!!! This after I took his diapers when he woke up from his afternoon nap. No spills, no accidents...

At first he was holding his 'kokoy' and said he wanted to potty. Everyone ushered him to the toilet and he did it! Yey! We gave him a lollipop and it was like his coming of age ceremony, everyone clapped. He even asked his Daddy to clap when we called to announce his milestone hahaha!!!

The second time around, he just ran and banged the door "I want to go potty! Please open the door!". His grandmother was inside hehehe!!! He went again, therefore it's not luck.

As I am typing this blog, we are waiting for his major potty. He has not done it today, which is odd because he usually goes twice daily. He ran to the potty and said "uu" but nothing came out, I think he is constipated.

Ah, but he did wee wee!!! And I'm already very happy and proud! =)

chiara, i was just getting frustrated with this potty training issue since he is almost three years old! and i want him to be toilet trained before we go back to CO, so he can be ready for preschool as well.

congratulations, akio! don't get discouraged che kay mo come ra gyud na naturally. he will just totally refuse to wear his nappies one day, even if you're going out. i-anad lang gyud siya briefs sa balay. si mia man gani, i didn't know she went to the bathroom herself, put her potty on the toilet seat, got a stool so she could reach and removed her panty all by herself. i didn't even teach her how to do that. they learn by themselves :)

happy for you. kay murag usa raba na sa mga nakalabad sa imong ulo, atat na gyud ka ma potty-trained si akio. i know because you asked me more than thrice if marti's already potty-trained =)
