Description:
I saw this recipe on TV, I didn't remember the measurements but I tried to remember the ingredients and as usual I just estimated how much I would need...

Ingredients:
1 cup of crabmeat chunks/flakes
1 or 2 whole eggs
a dash of salt, black pepper, garlic powder
a sprinkle of worcesterchire sauce
a squirt of mustard
about 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise
about 5-6 tbsp of bread crumbs


Directions:
- beat eggs with worcesterchire sauce
- add salt, pepper, garlic powder
- combine with mayo and mustard
- fold in crab meat
- add bread crumbs enough to make the mixture pasty enough to form
- form into balls and then flatten in between palms
- pan fry over hot skillet until golden brown (do not overheat pan)

(i like having my crab cakes w/a bit of mayo! yum!!!)
