Description: just one of those days when i felt like whipping up something from my imagination. when i'm too lazy to follow recipes, i make my own. thank goodness the husband liked it!
Ingredients: 1/2 lb pork spare ribs 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp curry powder 2 pcs dried bay leaf 1 tsp all spice 2 tsp mrs dash a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder (you may add more chili to make it spicy)
Directions: *combine all ingredients *marinate for 15 minutes *microwave for 5 minutes *add half a cup water (taste and see if you need to add more spices) *continue cooking on stove top for about 30 minutes (you may add coconut milk if desired)
